I often have this as a 'go to' meal for when I'm tired and don't want to cook lots of food, or if we are getting low on ingredients and need to go shopping.
Having a 'go to' meal can help stop you cheating or eating something high in syns if you are having an off day!👌🌟 RECIPE:
i- Make as many syn free chips (fries) as you require (*see previous post for how to make these*)🍟 ii- In a non stick frying pan, spray lightly with fry light and heat the pan. When warm crack as many eggs as you desire into the pan. (Eggs are an amazing source of protein and are a Free Food)
iii- I served my egg and chips with baked beans (quick & easy to cook, Free Food and full of fibre)
