xo_dominichulinda Directions: combine cooked quinoa, 1/2 amount of the almond milk. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in remaining the other 1/2 cup almond milk, beaten egg yolk, and raisins; cook 2 minutes more, stirring constantly. Remove from heatand stir in vanilla agave nectar mix. Add a sprinkle more raisin or cinnamon (anything you want). Yield 3 servings
