I don't think I could ever eat enough fruit for breakfast. It's just so yummy! What do you typically have?

Day 2: Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal with 1 cup fresh blueberries and 1/2 cup plain yogurt sweetened with agave. Lunch: Greek salad with 3oz chicken breast and toasted almonds. Dinner: black beans, rice and corn taco with guacamole. Side of kale too. By far my favorite day. #beachbodyultimatereset #dietwoes

Day 1 of ultimate reset. I know it is shocking fo some of you to see a piece of toast on my plate but this is a part of a meal plan. The thing is I feel so much better to be on paleo. No more bloating!  I also think when I eat grains, I just go too far. I mean I can have rice for three meals a day and for a snack. I seriously don't know where this ultimate reset will take me. what I am hoping for is reving up my metabolism and cleanse my body. Can't workout whilst I am doing this.
