I don't think I could ever eat enough fruit for breakfast. It's just so yummy! What do you typically have?
Day 2: Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal with 1 cup fresh blueberries and 1/2 cup plain yogurt sweetened with agave. Lunch: Greek salad with 3oz chicken breast and toasted almonds. Dinner: black beans, rice and corn taco with guacamole. Side of kale too. By far my favorite day.

Day one: Breakfast: Kale and egg on whole wheat toast. Lunch: spring salad with cucumber, tomato, jicama, bell pepper, cilantro and garlic vinaigrette. Dinner: Grilled tilapia, asparagus and boiled red potatoes.
Last night cooking madness from top to bottom: mediterranean beets, baked sweet potatoes, red potato seasoned wedges and root medley!!! Soo yummy thanks to for such great recipes i feel like a chef!!!
gigantic salad for lunch: whole head of romain lettuce, 3oz of left over baked salmon, tosted pinenuts, olives, cucumber, tomato, and dressing with olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, himalayan salt. I have never eaten this much salad at one go! , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

That was the best taco ever!! Raw vegan taco made from sunflower seeds with avocado and lettuce. Absolutely no stomach issues. Loving this!

Day 1 of ultimate reset. I know it is shocking fo some of you to see a piece of toast on my plate but this is a part of a meal plan. The thing is I feel so much better to be on paleo. No more bloating! I also think when I eat grains, I just go too far. I mean I can have rice for three meals a day and for a snack. I seriously don't know where this ultimate reset will take me. what I am hoping for is reving up my metabolism and cleanse my body. Can't workout whilst I am doing this.
