I could eat breakfast ALL day. "Skinny" Strawberry French Toast. Beat 1 large egg with 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 ground cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Dip 2 slices Sara Lee 45 Whole Wheat Bread into egg mixture, until fully absorbed. Fry on pan for 2-3 mins per side. Top with fresh and a sprinkle of shavings.
