Cuban American twist for 💥 14.5g fat / 57.9g carbs / 84.7g protein / 14.3g fiber // total of 708 calories💥 Mind you I eat 3-4 meals a day. When I eat, I like to EAT. Earlier I had some mango, watermelon & blueberries with some wholewheat bread, 2 cage free brown eggs, a sharp american single, and ketchup. I balance out my meals with veggies/fruits and some added goodies for sanity. Also, I try to balance out the macros throughout my day so I don't have to scramble and eat some weird concoction to hit my macros at the end of the day, unless I must.
Dinner for tonight: brown rice with smoked salmon, honey and a dash of soy sauce. I'll be up late studying...gonna need those carbs!
