OK SO this is a slide show of the asanas I really struggle with, like they feel hopeless most of the time. Below I write my experiences with them⬇️⬇️ I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that will actually read the whole post🙊🙊 Kapotasana➡️ the amount of strength your back has got to have for this is 😱😨😨😨😱. You have to control yourself on the way down and take your time to fully get into the posture and get into it properly. Then once you're in it you have to GET BACK UP. which is so hard because you've already put so much effort getting into it! YEA SO this is the first picture in the slideshow and it's a back bend i want to perfect😎 but that's gonna take a while Urdhva kukkutasana➡️so this is basically crow pose but your legs are in a lotus position. You can get into it from headstand then crossing your legs and coming down onto your arms and then lifting up to "crow". Or you can start at lotus and lift your legs up onto your arms which is crazy core. This is the second picture in the slideshow and I was TRYING to get into the asana from headstand but did not succeed Koudiniasana A➡️ and I thought side crow was hard ❗️ This is tough, when I attempted it I stuck in there for a second or two then fell out of the position. This is the third picture in the slideshow Galavasana➡️so I love this one because it forces me to really stretch my hips beforehand. I need to remember to take it slow in this one and not rush to get my leg up in the air because that's where I always fall out. This is the 4th picture in the slideshow Bakasana(aka Crow Pose)➡️ so this posture is relatively easy. I have my good and bad days with this one. I'm working on straightening out my arms, the picture shows the furthest my arms have straightened and I was so happy I captured the moment. 5th picture in slide show Torso through legs➡️My goal is to be confortable with my legs behind my head and I'm working on all variations of it.
