Leg day. Nuff said 😏 Blueberry-Blackberry Protein Pancakes! 😍 Def some of the best i've made... Blend in magic bullet: 1/2c oats, 1/2c mixed blueberries/blackberries, 1 egg, 1/2c liquid egg whites. Pour into a bowl with 1/2mashed banana and add 1 scoop protein powder (used vanilla whey), 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp cinnamon & 1tbsp crunch natural peanut butter. 🙊 Topped with wf pancake syrup & 1/2banana 🐷🍌
Snack after a very light gym session. One brown pear and two crispbreads with quinoa, topped with cottage cheese, cucumber, tomato and pepper.

Meatless dinner: sauté cauliflower with garlic and chilies(as always). I ate this with some of my mom's green mangoes. So filling and satisfying that I don't need any meat 😍🌿🍄
