Dinner on the fly today, made it up as I went lol center is 5 grain with tomatoes and onion. 🍤Shrimp is seasoned with garlic salt, parsley and pepper. Other side is cauliflower with sweet peppers, onions and herbs. Pretty tasty👌

Post morning run meal!! This morning I woke up this morning really excited to go for my run 😁 hehe now I feel amazing, the weather is gorgeous 🌞🌞 I can tell it will be a great day 😄 too bad I'll be doing strength training alone later! 😩😩 So anyway, I made a jaffa (chocolate 🍫 + orange 🍊) baked oatmeal topped with orange Greek yogurt, orange zest and fresh orange!! 😍😍😍 so yummy ! 👌👌 Have a great day everyone! It's almost the weekend ✌ train hard 🙈💪

Healthy Food For Thought: (Food Prep Tip) PERFECT QUINOA every time!!! Simply use your Crockpot....what you add to your Quinoa is completely up to you & your tastebuds!!! For smaller or individual servings use a small pot. When doing a large prep or for multiple days, simply use a larger pot. If you desire to add more flavor (instead of using water) use a low sodium broth, add chopped veggies, or season with your favorite spice blends. Follow the package instructions (for amount of water to add) as listed on your Quinoa package. If you are adding other foods (veggies) increase liquid by half of what the packages suggest...Ex: Instead of 1/2 cup of water you would add 3/4 cup.
