The anticipated week 3 of the Wendler program. Was very anxious to see how many reps I could put up with 290lbs considering I lost 10 lbs. Prepared myself mentally before the lift and exceeded my expectations!! I feel great! Ever since I started the program, I have no more joint pain in my elbows due to the reduction of stress from limiting the number of exercises I do and going lighter on the accessories exercises with high reps. Already getting stronger and it's only my first Wendler cycle. Giving myself a break tomorrow to prep myself for deadlifts. Gotta bang it hard and set new PRs for myself.
Chest and Tricep Day!! We switched it up and did a shorter reps and I got 135 for 2 on flat bench today which I have never been strong with bench but I'm getting there!
today. Hit 225~175lbs on . Also hit 90lbs on dumbell flat bench. Bw: 174lbs. Shredding off weight:)
