Tried to copy the Asada a la Tampiqueña I ate at a restaurant the other day. The verdict: my rice, and are better, they win with the carne and beans.. not too bad for a gringo!!
Lunch time. Tempe, cabbage and homemade tomato sauce. Along with tomato,longan,guava mixed juice. Have a healthy lunch everybody. ^^
