was Sooo good:) this will probably be my last food post for the next couple days (I'm sure some of u are really happy about that;) this was ! I tried out something new, a dairy, soy, and gluten free cheese substitute- and it was surprisingly very good! I used half of a and toasted it on one side. Threw some on that bad boy and some with amino and , along with some basil leaves thrown in at the end... Then threw in three large to marinate for about 5 minutes. Melted the "cheese" under the hot mushrooms and topped 'er off with the onions and some fresh and served with fresh basil and :) super duper !
