Don't let being away with work get in the way of your fitness goals. Grab your ipod, a skipping rope and a chair and recreate a circuit in your hotel room. My 20 minutes of high intensity circuits are done and I'm about to immerse myself in a giant bubbley bath! :)
Hello gym! make me feel better and stronger! Today wearing pants trying out pistol squats first time.
35 weeks ago (left) to present day (right) HUGE progression in my upper back/rear delts. Been focusing more on upper back workouts, and shoulder workouts to give me that sort of V look. (Slim lower back/waist, broad shoulders/upper back. It's starting to take form nicely) but I'll do weighted hyper extensions to hit some lower back so it's not neglected.
I f***ng love !!!!!!! Did some leg exercises with little weight cause I'll be running uphill with my team next saturday! Great teams from all over the state will be here competing! Cheer for us!
It's amazing how something as small as a can completely and your ! your sessions and feel obliged to complete them!
