Any workout is better than no workout, ?? 😊 didn't feel like it but dragged my feet to the gym anyways. I know these treadmills aren't always accurate, but it's a pretty good (approximate) burn anyways. Kept up the incline too👍 can't wait to get my for christmas!!!🙆💓
LEG DAY! Working on the 🍑 with those squats. I worked my way up back to having 45lb weights. During my cross country season I couldn't handle too much heavy weight because I ran 4+ miles a day and it made me feel super exhausted. BUT IM BACK 😝! Gotta get those gains 💪💥.
Gonna be using this to track my workouts in the new year! Really well structured and will be able to log 100 workouts. Cant wait to compare my first to my last. This should take care of the remainder of my lean bulk/strength phase before I start my cut to get in shape for summer.
