Day 19! ASS TO THE GRASS. Also known as Leg Day. Excuse the lack of grass. Super . We hit legs again after a little break. And it was KILLER. I could barely walk to the kitchen later that night without shaking at my quads.

Day 17. Chest day. I was able to do my maxes that I did before and my weight is still up. And I had a decent workout. Not a bad session at all. Plus I was able to do declines today which I never really put into my workout often. PC: @user
