Run before work, bike intervals at the gym after work and a delicious 'throw together' tofu stir fry for dinner- a good day all round!
Upped my time on the treadmill to 20mins with some intervals of jogging and upped the resistance on most of the machines. Legs like jelly now but so worth it! I don't get to go to the gym during the day usually, I'm either working or looking after the little one, so this was quite refreshing. Going for my first run tonight with my friend, she's promised to push me but be kind.
Non sono riuscita a postare la colazione! Ero in ritardo per andare in palestra. Comunque ho mangiato • circa 200ml di latte al cocco •1biscotto •2cucchiaini di crusca • 2fette di pane multicereali con miele ! Poi di corsa in palestra per 30 minuti di corsa con questi tre circuiti e infine stretching ! I circuiti fanno parte del programma gratuito di kayla Itness ! ✌️👍💪 😱🍴😁

Don't let being away with work get in the way of your fitness goals. Grab your ipod, a skipping rope and a chair and recreate a circuit in your hotel room. My 20 minutes of high intensity circuits are done and I'm about to immerse myself in a giant bubbley bath! :)
