Preparing this weeks workouts 💪 I like to know what I'm gonna do at the gym each day and keep track of weight/sets/reps!
We'll have these little beauties available very soon 👌👊 We've all spent way too long buying gym diaries from companies who don't really understand how to create the perfect book.. Poor layouts and often filled with crap you don't need/use. We're keeping things simple and making it as easy as possible to record your workouts and ensure you're progressing in the gym!
