Upped my time on the treadmill to 20mins with some intervals of jogging and upped the resistance on most of the machines.
Legs like jelly now but so worth it!
I don't get to go to the gym during the day usually, I'm either working or looking after the little one, so this was quite refreshing. 
Going for my first run tonight with my friend, she's promised to push me but be kind.

Non sono riuscita a postare la colazione! Ero in ritardo per andare in palestra. Comunque ho mangiato • circa 200ml di latte al cocco •1biscotto •2cucchiaini di crusca • 2fette di pane multicereali con miele ! Poi di corsa in palestra per 30 minuti di corsa con questi tre circuiti e infine stretching !
