shai_g_photography When you start to plateau and you want to go further, you have to turn it up a notch. Change your routines, go harder on your cardio and do completely different exercises at different intervals. Your body has become used to doing what you've been doing.

naybonitaapplebumnay Ye since last week or the week before I gave changed my routine...I actually do arms now lol whereas I never did them..I also do pole fitness one day a week & I have a pole at home which I use aswell..so m trying new things...I prob should do more cardio but before I didn't lots of cardio. And I went straight like a dye...but prob will up it for real like weight day then cardio day etc @shai_g_photography

sneak_boy @011lucas I started with p90x inspired workouts. Did chest n back on the same day. After warm up chest press flat (7 / 8 reps) move to wide pull up 10 reps - fly on chest 7/8 reps - pull ups close front grip 10 reps - incline bench 7/8 reps - pull ups chin up style 10 reps. Then repeat it all so you do everything 3 times plus abs. That was a Monday session. If u can do 10 plus of the weight on chest u need to increase the weight. So for arguments sake let's say was doing 70kg bench naturally over the weeks it got easier n easier and I started doing 10 plus ever set that's when u bump it up higher. Pro rata for each exercise or muscle group. Did that from Aug to Jan in Jan started Germany volume training (love it). Had to substitute cable work in for back exercises when couldn't reach 10 reps due to fatigue but always started on the bar. Phew rant over... seen ya pics u know what your doing lad! Hope it helps tho
