I had started going to the gym in August 2012. I tried hell lot of diet plans,workouts,suppliments till december but i had only lost 4 kgs in that span. I had lost hope of loosig weight. Hj cedo mudei minha rotina para correr em um morro perto de casa. Morro de uns 100m com uns 45 graus de inclinacao. 2km em 18 minutos. Ja estava me familiarizando com um escadao q andava fazendo meus exercicios mas sempre tem algo a mais p superarmos, aumentar e querer um limite maior, e a moral da historia eh... Existe algo q nao possamos fazer??? Pode ate existir mas o bom eh termos dentro de nos q nunca precisamos desistir.. So nos mesmos podemos nos derrotar.
