Woke up feeling refreshed, finally! Drank my fiber drink 🍹 guzzled some h2o, ate breakfast -- plain, lite yogurt with fresh fruit, chopped almonds & sprinkles + boiled & chopped eggs mixed with jalepeno mustard, and a small glass of green goodness naked juice. Hit the gym. Today was cahhhdio 🐌 and arms + abs 💧currently finishing off my favy green apple 🍏 yummy yummy yummy. Time for lunch & work. 👊
