'Tis the season for protein pumpkin goodness' Introducing a simple healthy version of pumpkin crumb cake with high protein and no butter. It's healthalicious! : -6 tbs of powdered lowfat high protein peanut butter (I'd use PB2 or Tru-Nut) - Add 15oz pumkin purée - 1/2 cup rolled oats - 3 eggs (whites only) - 1/2 smushed Bananna - 1/4 cup flour (or almond flour) combine ingredients. It should be a tad bit crumbly. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and crumble more. Enjoy :-)
