Well friends, first off sorry for the crapy pic, but this is me officially restarting ideal protein with alternative foods. I lost about 15 pounds this summer which is good, but seeing as how I wanted to loose 75, it's time to get back to it. I have used every excuse and it's just comes down to me at the end of the day. I am so ready to get rid of all this college weight, so here's to day one. Starting weight 203. Who's with me?!

We're not restarting 'Monday' ladies and , start now (or if you're in bed like me, then tomorrow morning!) These are great tips, I've had a bad two weeks and had a binge fest tonight on cheese, Pringles, peanut butter and dark mint chocolate....
