I just ordered some reusable bulk food bags from a Canadian textile artist, Kootsac. They can stay in your reusable grocery bag, are way easier than carrying around/weighing your jars, and they're made out of uncoated ripstop nylon so they'll last for a long time. They also come in cotton for produce (or silk but please don't get the silk). They weigh the same as a regular plastic bulk bag so there's nothing special to do at the register besides accept compliments from cashiers and fellow customers. There are several colors. The medium size can easily hold enough to fill a 32 oz Ball jar (as shown above) but I ordered the large size too for stocking up or carrying produce.
