bertpole @djdrizlax there are quite a few cats on IG who have very impressive cassette collections and have I think have been partly responsible on the wider resurgence of cassette releases. I know it has sparked my interest in the cassette format and where ever possible dig for tapes as well as vinyl!
djdrizlax @bertpole Yeah it's funny, I was in a Phillip Island antique shop last week. I bought 6 Johnny Cash tapes for $6 bux, something I wouldn't have done 6 months ago. I love tapes, I even went to my parents house and dug a couple of shoe boxes up. Record companies are realising they're loosing too much money with illegal downloading and catering to the collector again, which for cats like us, is good to see.
