Some motivation to eat a healthy lunch :) but please remember to eat! Food isn't the enemy. When you start missing meals, your body goes back to its ape-savannah days and thinks that food is scarce. This means that the meals you DO eat will be processed into fat for the pending *cough* *cough* famine. So basically is becomes a case of eating to lose weight (as long as its healthy) 😊.
