Quick lunch idea. Cauliflower chunky soup. One of my favourites, very simple very quick to make. I've used 4 small white potatoes (start to cook them with stock cube of your choice/I went for a beef/) when they starting to get soft (after around 7min) add loads of fresh cauliflower and some fresh dill. Cook until you are happy with cauliflower firmness. Add little of greek yogurt. Boom!! Done!
