Breakfast today:) ~ roast beef and apple, cottage cheese topped with apple and almonds. Haven't been on here lately, because school was so stressing and I couldn't focus on my weight loss. Now it's finaaaallllly the holidays so I post everyday, because it really helps me to stay on track!!
