Merh... Evenings are hardest for me... For instance, I went on my friends boat, and I wasn't even hungry, but I ate a crap ton of pretzels... Not good but not detrimental. I came home and I wanted dinner.. But I didn't want to make anything, so I threw together a rice cake, 1 tbsp PB2, 1/2 banana, the bowl is 1/2 cup plain Fage yogurt, the other 1/2 banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and 1 tbsp. PB2. It's hard to eat perfectly when surrounded by people with snacks. It trips me up every time!
