Good morning! Brrr it is getting chilly in Sydney! Great to be back at training this morning, last weeks crazy work schedule kept me out of action all week 😞. This morning a had simple but deliscious poached eggs on a fresh batch of @springwellness sprouted loaf with avo, bacon and parsley.

Clean out the fridge/pantry day! .. 🍠🌱🍅🍆 this is just a chicken stirfry with chopped asparagus 🌱 red bell pepper 🍅 yellow squash 🍆 topped with sauce on a bed of noodles!! Just used all the left over veggies before food prep! 👊 I'm stoked to start my food prep!! 👏👍

It's almost Monday new week and a day many start on a fitness journey. It's that's YOU I want you take one of these; whatever it is. and don't loose sight or touch of it. It's in you to make the change you want to make. Dream it, breath it and slowly watch yourself become that person you want. Life's too short to be stressed, unhappy and miserable. It's amazing how life can absolutely change in a split second. It did for me and since that day there's not one day that I don't wake up thanking for one more day and to live my dream.
