WODa 5 rounds for time: 2 manmakers (45lb DBs) 40 double unders 2 manmakers (45lb DBs) 8 toes to bar 16 abmat sit-ups 1 Manmaker =holding dumbbells place on ground jump into push-up position, perform one push-up while holding DB, one right row with DB, one push-up, one left row, jump back into standing position, squat clean and press dumbells. WODb 8 minute EMOM 2 bench press (185lbs) 4 push-ups (hand release)
