Sometimes I'm dead after cardio... No, literally dead. My HR said 215 a second ago. Does anyone's polar do this or is it just mine? I washed the chest band yesterday so that's not the cause
AAAAAmazing workout last night!! (Didn't post it then because it was about 1045 after my showr and everything lol) but 700+ calories burned. Not great for running because I decided to eat dinner an hour before the gym.. HELLO MAJOR CRAMPS during the sprints! But I pushed through them with 33 minutes running. Then I did some lifting and I was SOO happy! I feel myself getting stronger and stronger every day! I LOVE it when I add more weights! Keep pushing yourself. Don't give up. Today is a new day. Make it count!

Week 4⃣ day 2⃣ (total 1⃣5⃣): it felt good to get up and run. I skipped yesterday because I couldn't get out of bed. I shorted myself on time this morning but I pushed really hard. Instead of jogging along I've been trying to really stride along. My legs get so tired and it's hard to breath so I take breaks. I'm confident ill be able to run it all together. I've never considered myself a runner but I'm starting to think I could be 😄💪👍
