My first time lifting and training! I did the best work out with @trainervickk the most amazing trainer and life changer! I've been working out since 4am, went to class, la fitness, then training and it was awesome! Everyday should be like today ☺💚💪💪💪👎💪💪💪🏃💃🙏👙👣🙅💆💪💪

Pain is temporary, it may last for a minute, a day, or even a year, but eventually it will subside.
so whenever someone asks me how I kept my weight off, I always say exercise. But lately I've realized the results are better once u eat clean. I love chips that's my weakness, but instead of regretting eating a bag I think of how far I've come. So now, I really do prep my meals and plan ahead. People say eating healthy is expensive, FALSE! I spend $70 bucks with the essentials veggies, fruit, chicken, fish, water and that lasts me two weeks. Stay focused.

Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough. Something I need to think about more often. So many times I find myself giving up on myself because I don't see results right away or I have a bad day. I need to realize that with perseverance I can do anything, be anything. Right now especially I've been going through a rough time. I've had a poor self image, my eating habits have been even worse, and I've recently suffered a concussion. Nobody said life was going to be easy but I believe that I am capable of anything and everything if I simply believe.

Having an easy protein fix after a great back/biceps session! Forgot to bring my protein - good excuse to treat myself with a mango/banana/protein smoothie! :) Btw. I've been doing some serious gains lately! ..guess the protein supplement are staying to work :)
