mehgpie Cook the quinoa like normal but for this recipe I boiled: 1 cup quinoa , 1 cup apple juice, 1 cup water. Boil till cooked - I also added some cinnamon here. In another sauce pan soft apples (i added a bit of vegan butter to the pan) and cinnamon. Once apples are softened and quinoa is ready mix everything together. Taste great if cools over night then warmed up in the morning in microwave with some vanilla almond milk poured on top :) hope that all makes sense @kristaemery
