Cooked up an amazing red sauce tonight using passata home made by our friends family! They make a batch every year, no salt or preservatives just tomato and basil! I've added kale, red capsicum, red cabbage and roared eggplant and will serve on zucchini pasta!

Other than fruit, popcorn is my favorite snack 😛 As long as it's made right, it's a healthy, whole food carb-tastic power snack! I like mine with coconut oil and a little salt.
This weeks : breakfast- paleo microwave mug cake with fresh fruit (posted recipe on previous post); lunch 1⃣- olive oil/cider vinegar/garlic/oregano marinated grilled skirt steak with homemade chimichuri sauce and side of cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes and apples; lunch 2⃣- paleo chicken nuggets (ground chicken, egg yolk, almond flour, shredded coconut) with homemade paleo "BBQ" sauce (tomato paste, orange juice, garlic, shallots, coconut oil, paprika, cider vinegar) and side of oven roasted broccoli and kale quinoa salad with dried cranberries; snack- energy bites (chopped dates, dried cranberries, chia seeds, pistachios, ground flax, agave nectar and organic dark chocolate chips; roll into balls and refrigerated). @mealprepmondays
