On my birthday, we went to eat in and I think it was the kids first time. They give you a pot of boiling water, you add your favorite seasonings to make a broth. Them you add your veggies and tofu (ky-ky LOVES tofu) to the broth. They give you a big plate of thinly sliced beef, which you also add to your broth and a bowl of steamed rice.
