Todays DIRECTIONS: Do as many reps as possible of the prescribed movements in 40 seconds, then take a 20 second rest. At the end of the rest period, immediately start the next movement. Complete 3-5 rounds and share yr times.
6 weeks into the goodlife 12 week challenge. Down 6kg and lost 9cm off my waist so far :) feeling pretty stocked!
Flashback to the Arnold, no placing thi time as far as top 10 but im very happy i brought my physique to the top level and international level on the biggest stage. Bodybuilding is an art and it is very subjective. That said i took my physique to a new level. I cant be disappointed about that especially when i didnt have a pump on stage lol no excuses tho i have a passion for it and enjoy it thats what is all about. Happy friday everyone! 😊 @user
Killed the chest and back today just the back photos turned out way better than the chest!! More motivated then ever to get out to Fargo tomorrow an support my local MN competitiors at the NPC Upper Midwest! Best of luck to all and can't wait to see everyone
Euro's ✅ Two more days until I fly off to travel around for 3 months to work. Honestly never looked more forward too it. Haven't been able to train for 2 weeks has killed me but due to a hard two weeks it's messed with my sleep/eating etc! theirs a based in the area 💪 This is the break I need to return back to fresh new start.
Kick Your Workout Into High Gear. At the Beginning of Every Workout hit 10 Sets for a Min Each of Jump Rope. I can promise that you will start to see those pounds drop right off. Also it will get your Shoulders Sliced and Diced!! If you have been Jump roping for a while try and see if you can hit double jumps. Go out and find your forum of high intensity cardio , find what ever it is that puts your body into total shock and I dare you to Complete That before every workout.
