Officially starting my green smoothie detox challenge!! For the next 7 days I'm replacing breakfast & lunch with green smoothies and having a healthy solid dinner. I'll probably do light exercise with this. Following this challenge I'm planning on starting a 3 week exercise regimen that is supposedly guaranteed to help you lose 5 lbs while toning up. Gotta get back on track to get into my bikini! ☀👙💋

While cooking today's which is ( with 🍤- 'Pui Shaak') I was thinking about a random conversation I had with a friend while back about cultures who are adventurous with their food ...today I cooked 'pui shaak' with its 'bichee' (seeds) included.. had a chrunch chrunch effect to every bite. Definitely something I have never had before....
Didn't finish my breakfast this morning so I chucked it in my blender with some frozen berries and banana and a giant handful of spinach 🍓🍌👌
