Honestly I'm a little thick... but I'm a fit thick girl and I don't care :D people think living healthy means you have to lean out a bunch and diet, but honestly it just depends in what you want. Not everyone is the same, so don't forget that every athlete has a different body type! Do what works for you. Feeling good is the beginning of doing Right.
Finals reps of 350x7, a huge volume PR! Got 6 reps on first set as planned, but on second set racked after 5 cuz it felt too slow. But it felt harder than it was--video showed I could have easily got the 6th rep. I was determined to get the full 18 reps so I went for 7 reps and got it! The 3x6 train (sort of) continues! Full workout: 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x1 315x1 345x1 350x6,5,7
Yesterday my boo made me so fucking proud.. 80kgs squat PR, 80kgs sumo deadlift and she still had the drive to rep 200kgs on the leg press :) She warm ups with ur max ;)
