W3D1 137.5kgx3x4 as things intensify. Switched to low bar this week. Probably the worst my squats have felt. You can see my heels raising off the ground on the first two reps and I'm wearing elevated heels! I crie everytim. Just couldn't find my groove tonight and missed my deadlifts too. Gonna strike it off as poor preparation. Onto the next.

@user Haha yep @user still felt horrible but the squats were a little better. Pulled the slowest 152.5kg of my life and called it a day.
