So inspired by everyone's performance in their and other meets. Decided to try some of my own. Nailed 190x3 beltless and sans sleeves plus an 80x4 press.

After my working sets of deadlifts I went on to do 5x5 of deficit deadlifts from a 5 inch platform. The biggest struggle for me on heavier sets is power off the ground so these really help increase my ability to initiate the movement when it comes to standard deadlifts. I also thought this song was fitting for a back video.
I don't know why I forgot to put set 1 on here. With weight this light, I would be kicking myself if depth were a struggle or if my right knee came in. With my hip, it's got it's good and bad days. It's still not the best... But fully focusing on depth and pauses can only help me further my goals.
