It was brought to my attention that I skipped leg day. That I'm taking steroids. That I do this and that and I skip that. Cold hard facts for you haters. 1. I squat 315 and i never skip leg day and 2. Im not taking steroids. So how do I do it? I was built for this shit so I have the testicular fortitude and the mental capacity to do this. I eat a lot of good quality food and I work my ass off that's how. So as @user likes to say "maybe you should train as hard as you hate"

Good squat session. My squat hasn't felt this solid in a few weeks! I was able to hit 385 lbs for an easy single. This is my planned opener for my first meet. However, I felt like my depth is questionable. This was the lowest point of my squat. White lights or not?
