Snatch PR at 135# FINALLY...(even tho I literally didnt pull with my elbows at all and let the bar swing way out in front of me). Failed it multiple times n got pissed, but I was determined!! Had a little talk with myself and tried the @user shimmy for good luck. Guess it works!! Well that, and watching her awesome lifts/technique day after day...Thanks lady!! Gonna say I've been making some gains. Yes some are fat but the shape that has formed in my lower body is undeniable. From stick to curvy. I'm am about the new shape I am creating. Lifting heavy makes you manly ✋ please. Lifting heavy, light whatever, lifting creates shape, lifting is a stress reliever, lifting is badass.
Just a little motivation. It's Wednesday, middle of the week and your wishing it was the weekend. But that doesn't give you am excuse to slack off and take it easy, especially if your reaching a goal. Sure I take a lot of shirtless pictures, but it shows me how much I've come along with doing what I love. I wanna get fucking big and look fucking awesome, if there was a magic pill for that and not have to work out I'd take it! Same for people wanting to build muscle or lose fat. There's just nothing else out there better than hard work and dedication.------------------------- I started working out at about 135lb 4 years ago bcuz of football, since then it became a drug, and right now I sit at about 167 lb (roughly) and already competed in 2 physique shows. Did I think I could do that before I started? Hell no.. But it goes to show you that if you put in and in ANYTHING! You can do anything you want. Sure I'm not a millionaire or on the cover of a fitness magazine. But I've already put so much into this now why should I stop?! 😉 moral of my rant. I get judged for me having my shirt off. IDGAF if it makes me happy I do it, and YOU DO IT! Fuck the people who judge you and live the life you wanna live✌️
Well hello little baby back muscles!! 😍 Aren't you the prettiest things I've ever seen! It's funny how when I started this journey, all I wanted was to lose weight. Now I'm in the gym practically every day like "Gimme alllllll the muscles!" 💪😝 Really ladies, don't be afraid to lift some weights and do some resistance training. I just want them legs to grow into tree trunks 🌳🌳🌳🌳 cant tell you how much I stress to everyone [that asks] WORK YO LEGS! I regret not destroying legs early in my lifting, I thought running was the ultimate leg workout. How Ive learned, AND YET ☝️ STILL HAVE YEARS OF LEARNING LEFT!
