My belly isn't quite perfect and I do have some few stripes from my pregnancy though 😊But of cause a lot hard work has done some magic! 😉 I was so scared when being pregnant if my stomach would ever get normal again and that worry was completely unnecessary cause its even better now than before. But I must say look so beautiful being pregnant! 😊

karolinemathildes @s_to_the_kinny I only eat clean 😊 or at least try my best to. (I do eat cheat meals though) .. But I eat about 1300 calories at day. Sometimes more when I've been working out. But if you look at my IG you can see some of my food pictures if you want some inspiration. 😉

s_to_the_kinny @karolinemathildes thank you :) i'am not fat, but i've gained 10 punds the last year.. Now i'am afraid that there will be more. I've been trying so long to feed myself healthy, but then come binge eating again :( ... thanks for your answer :)

karolinemathildes @s_to_the_kinny Well I know the feeling. I once did binge too. But it's all about habit. You have to change those. I have lost 13 kg after I changed mine. You have to be strong and wanting the best for your body ;) but also remember to live life and have cheat meals sometime, neither you'll have the desire to binge aaaall the time :)
