This week's meal prep: kale and sausage stew and Thai chicken meatballs! ZOMG, all amazing, the soup especially! Came up with the meatball idea after I saw Whole Foods had Thai Peanut Chicken Sausage on sale! Amazing! Going to be cooking up some bison meatballs later in the week too!
My knee and hip was still in pain today. Therefore I had a restday. Worked on my tan instead, so pale ! 😂
I have to remember this journey of mine will take time! I'm going to do this the R I G H T way. My biggest problem is expecting results too soon. Small changes I tell myself - they'll add up! First small change I've made, not only to better my appearance but my health as well, is cutting out ALL soda & sugary teas.
21 days since my baby was born. Happy to say, I have dropped 30lbs. I need to drop 40 to reach my goal. Progress at its best :)

this weekend has been great i have been so inspired by all that competed! @bshaefit she is my biggest inspiration thru her positivity and fitness!! im soo happy for her getting her procard it just motivates me even more to GO FOR IT!!! I am in the process of choosing my first show and i cant be more excited! to set a goal and do whatever it takes to achieve it! just killed my cardio 60 mins!! so inspired and motivated!! I WANT IT BAD! sweaty and pretty clearly proves that..... ♥
