This week's meal prep: kale and sausage stew and Thai chicken meatballs! ZOMG, all amazing, the soup especially! Came up with the meatball idea after I saw Whole Foods had Thai Peanut Chicken Sausage on sale! Amazing! Going to be cooking up some bison meatballs later in the week too!

First small change I've made, not only to better my appearance but my health as well, is cutting out ALL soda & sugary teas.

this weekend has been great i have been so inspired by all that competed! @bshaefit she is my biggest inspiration thru her positivity and fitness!! im soo happy for her getting her procard it just motivates me even more to GO FOR IT!!! I am in the process of choosing my first show and i cant be more excited! to set a goal and do whatever it takes to achieve it! just killed my cardio 60 mins!! so inspired and motivated!!
