First time making banana ice cream! It was delicious and very easy! Blend frozen banana slices, I added a little bit of almond milk and sliced some strawberries and sprinkled cinnamon on top.
Black bean salad/dip with tomatoes, avocados, sweet peppers, radishes, red onion, cilantro, garlic, paprika, olive oil and lime juice.. BAM! Enjoyed with blue corn tortilla chips.

While I was highly moved to vegetarianism four years ago by @malakaihoward the more I've learned over the years, the more I know I'm right.
I'm calling this one: "Coconut Banana Delight" because I gutted an entire coconut for it and the banana sweetened it just right where I probably coulda done without adding the date. I blended all the ingredients with a couple of ice cubes and it hit the spot on this humid morning in Chicago. Super fast breakfast, done & done! 💛 || also, for whom it concerns: This smoothie packs a punch👊 with protein, antioxidants, vitamin A,C, & E, calcium, zinc, fiber, amino acids & more -- I got a super busy morning & needed a boost👊 ||
