๐ What are your thoughts when it comes to Pizza in a lifter's diet? Except iifym ;) Usually they are really high in the wrong macros, even though they are amazing swell ๐ Just do your own instead , the whole wheat base here I posted a few posts back, its the same just not deep dish anymore (still on that btw!) โกA friend of mine posted a cream cheese Pizza on FB and I had to do it myself. ๐I used light philadelphia, smoked salmon, serrano ham, cherry tomatoes and some rocket, thats it! Mine came out at 900cal 50P 100C 30F and a whopping 20g of fiber thanks to the whole wheat base. But you could always opt for lighter or heavier version of this. Or just make regular Pizza :) This was in the oven at 240C for 10-12 minutes, all the toppings are added โAFTERโ the baking progress. โกThe best thing about this: you can just consume it in one go, no guilt, no cheeky ingredients. Will do a more regular pizza in the future, meaning tomato base and cheese on top.. maybe some self made BBQ sauce ? Who knows.. Try this one, its great, and is not heavy on the gut. โกWeekend is around, but since I lack some sleep, no socializing for me, so catching up on that much needed sleep tonight. Peace out!โ

During last days I'm kinda-eating all the pasta I haven't had during these months, and I just love it haha ๐๐ at least there isn't any doubt about my nationality๐๐ฎ๐นโค๐ whole wheat kamut shells with creamy mushrooms and a little bit of light sliced cheese melted! I just cut mushrooms into small pieces, then put in a pan and let them cook slightly with a little bit of soy milk, then I stirred in pasta and cheese and eat it all ๐ (of course I didn't have just this! Before I ate a horse fillet with cherry tomatoes and steamed butternut squash + other veggies cooked like I usually do to add to couscous)
